From selected bunches of Verduzzo grapes, left on the vine until fully ripe, this white wine delicately sweet, agreeable, full, slightly tannic. Excellent pairing with any pastries or cakes, and mature cheeses.

Age of vines: 36 years

Vinification

A short maceration of the grapes in stainless steel vats, at controlled temperature, was followed by gentle pressing. The fermentation was extended until the desired sugary residue is attained. Then the wine was left to mature in stainless steel vats until bottling.

Tasting notes

Colour: golden yellow.
Bouquet: intense, fruity, generously aromatic reminiscent of nuts, enveloped in a nectar of plums.
Taste: delicately sweet, agreeable, full, slightly tannic.
