Rosso rubino limpido e consistente. Al naso offre un corredo aromatico di ciliegia e di piccoli frutti rossi; fiori appassiti, violetta e rosa rossa; speziatura e balsamicità. Al gusto struttura e morbidezza, calore e freschezza, tutto in un giusto equilibrio. Finale piacevolmente fruttato di buona persistenza. Barrique.

Rosso granato, quasi impenetrabile. Attrae la complessità odorosa di confettura di amarene, tamarindo e finocchietto, con l’aggiunta di spezie dolci, cuoio e una traccia fumè. Avvolgente e vigoroso in bocca, con tannino prestante e fresco epilogo. In barrique per 24 mesi. Lasagne alla bolognese.

Si muove sinuoso nel bicchiere, dando sfoggio di un intenso rosso granato quasi impenetrabile. Attrae la complessità olfattiva già evoluta: confettura di amarene lievemente liquorose, tamarindo e finocchietto. Diventa propriamente elegante con l’aggiunta di spezie dolci e cuoio, e un'ulteriore nota fumé. Gentile, avvolgente e vigoroso al sorso, dove la giusta coerenza viene preservata da un tannino prestante che lascia piacevolezza alla conclusione su toni di amarena. Riposa in barrique per 24 mesi.
