COOKIES POLICY OF THE SITES
This page is a section of the privacy policy extended and available on the SITES (see 1. Privacy Policy) and specifically describes the use of cookies performed by THE DATA CONTROLLER (see 2. Privacy Policy).

1.ABOUT COOKIES
Cookies are small text files that are sent to the user's terminal equipment (usually to the user's browser) by visited websites; they are stored in the user's terminal equipment to be then re-transmitted to the websites on the user's subsequent visits to those websites. When navigating a website, a user may happen to receive cookies from other websites or web servers, which are the so-called "third party" cookies. This happens because the visited website may contain items such as images, maps, sound files, links to individual web pages on different domains that are located on servers other than the one where the page being visited is stored. Thanks to cookies, the server sends information that will be read and updated each time the user returns to the site.
In this way the website will automatically adapt to the user, enhancing the browsing experience. Cookies also provide the site manager anonymous information about users' browsing, also for statistical data about the site and improve the navigation.

2.TYPES OF COOKIES
According to the law on personal data protection cookies can be divided into "technical", for the use of which is not asked to user’s consent, and "profiling" for which is necessary to obtain the consent of the user. Even for the use of cookies of "third parties" it is necessary to inform the user and collect his consent.

2a.TECHNICAL COOKIES
This type of cookies is further subdivided into:
Navigation / session cookies. These cookies are essential to navigate within the SITES using all of its functionalities, such as the maintenance of the session and the access to reserved areas. They are strictly necessary, because without them it would not be possible to provide the requested services. These cookies do not collect information which can be used for commercial purposes.
Analytics Cookies. Collect and analyze information on using the SITES by visitors (pages visited, number of visits, time spent on the website, etc.) in order to optimize the management of the site. These cookies do not collect information that can identify the user in any way.
Functionality Cookies. Allow the user browsing in function of a set of selected criteria (such as language) in order to provide the user a better browsing experience. The information gathered by this kind of cookies is anonymous.

The SITES function optimally if technical cookies are enabled; you can still decide not to allow the use of cookies on your computer by changing the settings of your browser. Keep in mind however that if you disable cookies, some SITES’ features may be disabled.

2b.PROFILING COOKIES
Through profiling cookies you may collect information about the user which can be used in order to send advertising messages in line with the preferences shown by the cookies regarding the network navigation (profile).
Because of the impact on the private sphere of the use of such techniques for purposes of profiling, we need to collect the user's consent (Art. 122 of legislative decree 196 / 2003).

On the SITES is proposed a specific summary report (banner) that also contains an indication of the ways in which you can express consent to the use of profiling cookies, according to the requirements contained in the provisions of the Data Protection Commissioner "Identification of the simplified way of the information and acquisition of consent for the use of cookies - May 8, 2014".

2c.THIRD PARTIES COOKIES
Browsing the SITES there can be installed cookies from other sites, accessible from the SITES but operated by other people (third parties). In this case the OWNER of the SITES acts only as a technical intermediary between user and these sites.

3.DISABLING AND ELIMINATION OF COOKIES
The settings of the browser used by the user to navigate allow the cancellation of the cookies and the ability to avoid the installation of cookies on your electronic device.

You can refuse to give consent to the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser.

You can refuse to give consent to the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser. In alternativa è possibile disabilitare soltanto i cookie di Google Analytics, utilizzando il componente aggiuntivo di opt-out fornito da Google per i browser principali.

3b.1..To disable only the Google Analytics cookies
Alternatively, you can disable only Google Analytics cookies, using the opt-out add provided by Google for the most common browsers. In this way you will be able to use also the online services of the Portal System websites.

3b.2.To delete cookies already stored on the terminal
Even if it is revoked permission to use the third parties cookies, before such revocation cookies may be stored on the user's terminal. For technical reasons you can not delete these cookies, however, the user's browser allows their elimination from the privacy settings.
The browser options contain, in fact, the "Clear browsing data" option which can be used to delete cookies, the sites data and the plug-in.
Note: Unless your own browser settings, continuing with navigation leads to the consent to the use of such cookies. The consent will be registered in a technical cookie for the one year period
