The Treviso branch of AIS (Associazione Italiana Sommelier – Italian Association of Sommeliers) is organizing a Level I Course at our winery. The course will begin on September 6 and end on December 20, 2011. There will be a total of 15 lessons, each Tuesday evening from 8:30 to 11 pm. The full program can be found at www.aisveneto.it.
The Level I course is designed to train sommeliers, with an introduction to tasting as well as basic principles of vine-growing, wine-making and enogastronomy.
