(90-95) Superb/Highly Recommended Moletto DISTILLATO D'UVA Immature Brand
Fresh grapy aroma is ripe, viny and just a touch sweet; time in the glass reveals a slightly astringent, pear-like quality that reminds me of Prosecco. Palate entry displays more grapy, peary, spicy ripeness than the bouquet; at midpalate, the astringency noted in the bouquet returns in the form of pomace, grape skins, pulp and light honey.
