Commento conclusivo: Di gran polpa il Lison Classico 2006, vino morbido ed estrattivo. Molto carezzevole al profumo il Pinot Bianco Lison-Pramaggiore 2006; di superiore nitidezza enologica esecutiva Chardonnay Lison-Pramaggiore 2006. Di gran densità i due vini dolci testati, in particolare maestoso in viscosità il Solamini et Amici Passito 2003. Estratti da brivido da due campioni quali il Colmello Rosso 2001 e il morbido Cabernet Sauvignon Selecti 2001. Invecchiati meno a lungo, hanno le basi per eccellere. La giusta fragranza espressiva la rivelano il Merlot Piave 2005 e il Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso 2005. Ma le note migliori del tasting il bicchiere Moletto le porge con gli Spumanti: di gran nettezza enologica esecutiva e quindi olfattiva i due Prosecco, di apprezzata rotondità il gusto del Demi Sec Moletto 2006.
"Non si può certo dire che la famiglia Stival se ne stia con le mani in mano. Quest'anno infatti, alle etichette in degustazione, è stato aggiunto il Solamini et Amicis, vino accattivante, ottenuto da uve Sauvignon lasciate appassire per quattro mesi sui graticci, che matura per trenta mesi in barrique. La produzione si conferma sempre varia e di buona qualità, grazie anche a terreni argilloso e calcarei da sempre vocati alla viticoltura."
3 grappoli SOLAMINI ET AMICIS PASSITO 2003: Profumi di fichi secchi, noce, nocciola, caramella d'orzo e soffi di tostatura. Al gusto esplode la dolcezza, subito bilanciata da freschezza e calore. Integro il ritorno olfattivo, cui si aggiungono fieno, mandorla e miele.
3 grappoli LISON CLASSICO 2006: Ha il profumo di un mazzo di fiori cui si aggiungono mandorla, fieno e ricordi di camomilla. Sapido, di buona struttura; scia ammandorlata.
3 grappoli CABERNET SAUVIGNON SELECTI 2001: Naso fine che offre riconoscimenti di prugna, frutti di bosco, spezie, cenni di pepe e bacche di ginepro. Assaggio coerente, che mostra tannini decisi.
3 grappoli Piave RABOSO 2001: Regala profumi di mora e di visciola mature, seguiti da china e liquirizia. Al gusto presenta acidità e tannini in primo piano, che lasciano tuttavia integro il ritorno fruttato, complice l'equilibrio donato da calore e morbidezza.
3 grappoli SAUVIGNON 2006: Esprime la tipicità del vitigno con evidenti sentori di foglia di pomodoro, peperone giallo, salvia e rosmarino. Sapidità e acidità all'assaggio, con piacevoli toni agrumati nel finale.
3 grappoli BRUT Millesimato 2004: Delicatamente fragrante ed agrumato, lascia scorgere note fruttate e di fiori bianchi. Equilibrato, ha buona freschezza e persistenza agrumata.
3 grappoli MALBECH 2005: Profumi di fiori di campo, lampone, ciliegia e sul fondo, lieve balsamicità. Caldo in bocca, mostra tannini decisi e buona persistenza.
3 grappoli REFOSCO dal Peduncolo Rosso 2005: Apre l'olfattiva con rosa, viola e poi frutti di bosco e balsamicità. Coerente in bocca, equilibrato, con tannini non aggressivi e persistenza fruttata.
2 grappoli MERLOT 2005: Olfatto di amarena e ciliegia. Al gusto è mediamente fresco e persistente.
2 grappoli CABERNET 2006: In principio evidenti note vegetali, poi frutti di bosco e timo. Di facile beva con finale appena ammandorlato.
