"Solamini ed amicis": in order to promote well-being in ourselves and our friends we propose a "nectar", a concentrated elixir of selected grapes left to dry naturally on a cane frame for six months, then pressed and vinified after March.
A meditation wine. A perfect compliment to pastries, to full-flavored, aged cheeses or with dark chocolate.

Tasting notes
Colour: Bright amber and dense already in the glass.
Bouquet: The scent is intense, stands out the one of sultanas.
Taste: Upon tasting, an enveloping and intoxicating delicate apricot is immediately perceived, slightly acidulous, savory, not excessively sweet and very, very persistent. Floral notes of acacia are also to be sought. The tannic note is light. All its sweetness is natural, the result of the long drying of the grapes - also natural - and the aging in barrique for 13 years.

Serving suggestions
A meditation wine to be savored on its own. A perfect compliment to pastries. Excellent at the beginning of a meal with foie gras; superb accompaniment to full-flavored, aged cheeses; try it on pecorino cheese with a few drops of chestnut honey or as the perfect pairing with dark chocolate.
