GOATS' CHEESE WITH MIXED DICED VEGETABLES

Serve this recipe as part of an hors d'oeuvres buffet to accompany an aperitif.

Serves 6: 2 goats' cheeses, 1 zucchini, 1 cucumber, 1 small sweet pepper.
To prepare: Finely dice the zucchini, cucumber and sweet pepper and mix them together. Blend the goats' cheese and form it into small balls. Roll the balls in the diced vegetables and place one ball on individual spoons.
