EXTRA-VIRGIN OLIVE OIL  
Extra-Virgin Olive Oil Integrale

It is on the sun-drenched slopes of Monte Pisano that the abundant Frantoio, Leccino, Razzaio and Moraiolo olives are harvested which, after having been pressed and milled, provide two superb extra-virgin olive oils: 'Integrale' (a non–filter Extra-Virgin Olive Oil) and, following the natural settling process, 'Velato' (a clear Extra-Virgin Olive Oil bottled after the solids have settled out).




Tasting notes

Bright leaf-green in color with touches of gold dense when held up to the light.
It has a mild, vegetal and fruity aroma that is robust and intense when young, mellowing with age. It is nicely full-bodied to the taste—clean, 'just picked' vegetal and fruit overtones with a pleasingly spicy and piquant aftertaste that delicately evolves as the oil matures.
