It is the result of a skilful artisanal distillation of a blend of pomaces from authoctonous white grape varieties.

Tasting notes

Crystal clear in colour and bright.  Soft, delicate, fragrant and floral sensations stand out on the nose.  On tasting are appreciated its softness, clean aromas, clear taste and persistence. It is a grappa of rare harmony and delicacy.
