Serves 6: 420 g mezze penne short-cut pasta, 400 g zucchini, 500 g fresh San Marzano or cherry tomatoes, chili pepper, basil, Moletto Extra-virgin olive oil Integrale.
To prepare: Cut the zucchini into matchsticks and sauté over high heat in 4 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil. In a separate pan, sauté the tomatoes over high heat for 10 minutes. Salt to taste and, when cooked, add the zucchini, a few fresh basil leaves, extra virgin olive oil and chili pepper.
Boil the pasta and toss it in the sauce before serving.
