Serve this recipe as part of an hors d’oeuvres buffet to accompany an aperitif.
Ingredients: 1 ripe avocado, smoked salmon, 1 lemon, Moletto Integrale extra-virgin olive oil, salt.
To prepare: Using a handblender, blend the avocado with some extra-virgin olive oil until smooth. Add salt and lemon juice to taste. Using a piping bag, squeeze some of the mixture into spoons and garnish with chopped smoked salmon.
