TUNA-STUFFED CHERRY TOMATOES

Serve this recipe as part of an hors d’oeuvres buffet to accompany an aperitif.

Serves 6: 12 cherry tomatoes, 200 g water-packed tuna, mayonnaise, 6 anchovies in oil.
To prepare: Blend the tuna and mayonnaise. Slice the tops off the tomatoes and remove their seeds. Fill the tomatoes with the tuna and mayonnaise mixture. Garnish with a rolled half anchovy.
