The thermal equilibrium between sunny days, cool night rain in right time turns into the exquisite and fragrant white wines, not intrusive and gentle full bodied, without excessive acidity thanks to high temperature indeed the grape fully ripe. An important alcoholic degree for these white wines, but not too high, in order to taste a good glass of wine without risk when you drive.
